• Confidently initiate Tirzepatide: starting dose, titration schedule, injection technique, and storage.
• Advise patients on what to expect, how to use the injection pen, and when to escalate or refer.

• Identify and manage common adverse effects (e.g., nausea, vomiting, constipation).
• Understand when to pause, stop, or refer (e.g., in case of pancreatitis symptoms or intolerance).
• Recognize contraindications such as a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2.
