To improve patient care by supporting the development and transformation of the primary care workforce through high quality education and training across Surrey Heartlands.

Our Vision

To attract, train, retain and reform the multi-professional primary care workforce in Surrey Heartlands through quality education and training to create better and healthier lives for all people.

We share the values and behaviours of Surrey Heartlands ICB.

The Training Hub forms part of Surrey Heartlands ICB and is a model developed by NHSE (formerly Health Education England), rolled out nationally to better support the local development of the health workforce.

As well as local priorities, we work closely with arms-length bodies such as KSS NHSE.
