General Practice Assistant Programme

Calling all non-clinical staff employed in administrative and receptionist roles.

General Practice Assistants (GPAs) are integral members of a multidisciplinary team operating within primary care settings. They fulfil a supportive function by managing administrative tasks, sometimes supplemented with basic clinical responsibilities, thereby alleviating some of the workload for GPs. This contributes to more efficient appointment scheduling and enhances the overall patient experience at the surgery. Now enrolling for GP Assistant Programme.
