Six Steps Approach to Integrated Workforce Planning

The training is aimed at HR and OD professionals, service/specialty managers, clinical and non-clinical staff and those responsible for strategic workforce planning.

Two training options:

• A half-day Workshop: a brief introduction to the process delivered over a single 3-hour session.
• The Masterclass: a more in-depth approach which expands upon the content of the half-day workshop and involves working on a real-life workforce project. The course is delivered over a 12-week period via 12 two-hour sessions where you apply the lessons learned from the training as the project progresses
